The Collo-alto series was designed by French Inga Sempé for Alessi. The design of the cutlery range is based on Sempé's elegant spoon for serving risotto from 2012. The elongated and narrow part of the cutlery that connects the handle to the top has given the name Collo-alto, Italian for 'long neck', to this range.
