Delivery
NØRR & LEO STUDIO ships your order within 1-2 business days. We ship to Denmark and abroad. Collection is possible by appointment at NØRR & LEO STUDIO - Park Allé 7 st. th.
Return - right of withdrawal
We are happy to exchange within 14 days from the day you receive the goods (this does not apply to a made-to-order item). If you regret a purchase, you must return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. You must return or return the item to us no later than the 14th day after receiving the item. It is sufficient that you have handed over the item to the postal service or another company that has undertaken the shipment of the item before the expiry of the deadline.
When the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The customer pays for the costs associated with returning the item to us. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Collection of an item
If an item cannot be picked up before it is sent back to NØRR & LEO STUDIO - you yourself cover the costs of sending it again - 49.- Just as you also cover the cost of returning it to NØRR & LEO STUDIO - 49.-
If NØRR & LEO STUDIO does not hear from you despite notice, they must refund the purchase amount minus the return costs.
Return shipping
If you want to exchange your goods and would like to skip the queue at the Post Office,
you can order a return label from us from GLS.
You can order a return label for a package of 1-5 kg.

When you have ordered your return label, you will receive it by mail - print your label
and put it on the return package. You must deliver the package to a GLS shop.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain if the item is defective. Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to us within a reasonable time. You can either get the item repaired, exchanged or the money returned, or a discount on the price depending on the specific situation.
