Earth Table lamp from Serax is designed by Marie Michielssen. The lamp completes the assortment of lamps in their lamp series Earth. As always the papier mâché material creates an poetic atmosphere and balances these floorlamps in a fine line between art and design- All in primitive looking shapes with textures that highlights the collection's character of Earth.

Designer Marie Michielssen has been an established member of the in-house design team at Serax for over 20 years. She has created countless designs inspired by and intended for everyday life. Her designs have a strong focus on functionality, but because she only works with materials that have ‘soul’, this is in no way at the expense of the aesthetic of her work as each and every one of her designs clearly shows. Marie designs two collections a year for Serax.
Designer Marie Michielssen har været et etableret medlem af Serax' interne designteam i over 20 år. Hun har skabt utallige designs inspireret af og beregnet til hverdagslivet. Hendes designs har et stærkt fokus på funktionalitet, men fordi hun kun arbejder med materialer, der har 'sjæl', er det på ingen måde på bekostning af æstetikken i hendes arbejde, hvilket hvert eneste af hendes designs tydeligt viser. Marie designer to kollektioner om året for Serax.
