In the early seventies, the Italian architect and designer Cini Boeri came up with his revolutionary sofa model Strips. The sofa was designed in 1968 and has been awarded the Compasso d'Oro award.

The distinguishing feature of the model is the removable quilted upholstery that wraps around the sofa. The sofa is built on a wooden frame molded from polyurethane with differentiated density to guarantee the best sitting comfort.

The Strips sections can be put together in countless ways, and can be used individually as a deep relaxed chair, or put together for the desired sofa.
