The Cugino Stool, from Mattiazzi, is an elegant and distinctive stool.
Cugino is a wooden object that is not *a chair* that is not *a table*, but can actually be both. Cugino will find its use over time.
Designer Konstantin Grcic, who has a history in woodworking, used the opportunity to experiment with the interplay between solidity and void to find a form open to interpretation that was not given a function from the start.
